    The company currently has more than 200 sets of production equipment needed for the production of high-strength fasteners, such as restructuring, cold heading, hot heading, heat treatment, and machining, etc., and adopts advanced surface treatment processing technologies such as phosphorus saponification, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening, dacromet and so on. Furthermore, the company has the fully automatic heat treatment production line introduced by Japan Oriental Engineering Co., Ltd. and the RCWC-80×800×10 idler type mesh belt furnace heat treatment production line.
